Was let go from a position with out notice a few weeks ago just got last paycheck and other one 2 days after I was let go some odd things I was wondering about do they have to pay me my vacation days they say we have 4 weeks of vacation to use a year I only used 10 days this year and they did not pay me out it in my last check which is rubbing me wrong I emailed them and they said some bs about since vacation is not accrued they do not pay it out do I need to send them a legal notice or just report them to the dept of labor? Or is this even an option. Just wondering what I should do forward beyond applying for unemployment benefits.
