Serious question: How do y’all cope and not rage-quit jobs?

I haven't been able to hold a job for more than 1 year bc I have mental breaks or just can't take it any more. Working conditions suck, people suck, and I must work full time for expenses. I am in hella therapy and even IOP trying to address my own trauma and mental health issues, but now I'm here asking how do you all cope with shit jobs? I think I'm seeing that until the “dream job I'm qualified for” happens I will be stuck with ineffectual management and POS coworkers. I have tried small business work. I have tried local corporations. I have tried a major corporation I'm at now bc it's impossible to fire me. Even when I go to the large corp with hella policies to protect me, it's just awful. My team lead complains all day and gives me as much work as possible. My…

My team lead complains all day and gives me as much work as possible. My coworkers get upset that I take time off (FMLA), and my managers could give a fuck what happens with us peons.

I'm trying to cope but could use your suggestions please.
