I don’t know any details to add. I’ll start with some basics. First time working under a grant. I didn’t think to do my own due diligence on position salary/wage. I accepted less than what the typical rate should be. Yet under the grant it is stipulated that pay should be at the same rate as the other positions within the company, that I am not. I only found out because a job listing went up and I got an email from the websites that notify with jobs in your field so it was totally accidental. I’ve notified my supervisor and she notified hers last Monday. They said they would do a budget adjustment. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Is there a place to to report grant violations?
