The private company Princess Auto is actively holding anti-Union meetings at their Panet location (Winnipeg.) Have been told they have a list of whom they need to fire to stop the staff organizing.
Princess Auto is a private company run by second generation Nepo babies Matt and Mark Tallman.
They’re afraid of unions because neither of them have the ability to run a company.
Head office (which they don’t work out of) has a barber shop, virtual golf, a fancy ass cafeteria and a gym.
But when minimum wage goes up you can be sure to hear about labour costs in retail.
I have never worked for a company as mismanaged and toxic as Princess Auto.
Of course they’re a ‘family antmosphere.’
Putting this here so people can be aware not to work here and if you’re pro union maybe you should spend your money elsewhere.
TL:DR: Princess Auto is an anti-union shit-show run by nepotism and a broken paperclip.
