Just here to vent ….
Company pays me shit for skilled labor
Treats my like shit while I'm there.
I offer to take on more responsibility….they blow me off.
Expected to be loyal.
Managers and coworkers upset that because of low pay and poor treatment I took the tools required for my skilled labor (owned by me completely) home and decided not to do those repairs or train for more advance repairs and have told them I'll use the shit tools they provided to do the job.
Wanna leave but can't find any other work and have a family to provide for :/
I'm a tired dad and just wanna be appreciated and do work that me and my family can be proud of
why is that so hard.
