I got a dumb write up, is it valid?

It’s on my record with the company I currently work for and I don’t think I should’ve been written up for it. I was in the break room watching Netflix on my phone and eating lunch. HR walks into the break room as the person on the show I’m watching says the word “fucking”. Mind you, I was the only one in the break room so I didn’t feel like I needed headphones. I was also not on the clock or being paid for this time. I go back to work, get called into the office, and am forced to sign a write up form stating I offended someone with my Netflix show’s cursing. I don’t think I should’ve gotten a write up for something that happened off the clock. What does everyone else think?
