I have been with the company for about 1 year and 6 months. Today they have sent me an email asking me to complete this assessment to help with hiring in the future. I don't agree with this practice and I hate that I am being asked to participate. I know I can't get jobs that require this assessment and now I'm being forced to potentially make it more difficult for people like me. Fml. I hate this. Rant/
