i just interviewed with this company that not only offered 1 week of PTO per year but also fully in office with no remote work option. 50k as a data analyst. is this the bottom of the barrel ? 1 week of pto per year? . the recuriter was like it goes up next year to 8 days..he got me there… i gotta work there for a damn year just to get one whole week of PTO for the entire year? why the fuck companies think this is acceptable. 7 days of PTO along with fully in office needs to die because that shit is massively outdated.
