We are in a heat advisory in Northern Wisconsin. We aren't a group of people known for heat tolerance but we are currently breaking records. Of course our non-air conditioned factory is still running. All they are doing is extending our breaks by 5 minutes. Fuck this. Edit to add that shorts are not allowed, so are tank tops. We also have to wear smocks over top of our t-shirts as well as hard hats and gloves.
