Boss told me I was not good at my job

As the title says.. Background info: I work at a high end kitchen. I took this kitchen assistant manager job about a year ago thinking that the assistant manager in place would train me and that we would soon have a new manager that would also train me. It's my first time being assistant manager so I don't know very much and was eager to learn from the others. Well, the previous assistant left within 3 months and then we hired a fast food GM to be our leader. She didn't know our company, our culture, or our processes. She failed miserably and I learned nothing. She left after 6m. I was by myself for 5 months doing my best figuring stuff out on my own and asking for help. The boss pulled me I to the office and told me that I was not doing what I should be…
