How should I make work feel less like work when I go for lunch breaks?

I am torn between eating my lunch in the break room while watching YouTube to distract myself (nobody else there), still feels like I am “in” work though and I am not rushing in and out of the building. Or, I step outside the building and find a neutral area to eat my lunch, still distract myself, but at least I am out of the building. The downside of this is entering the building knowing I have another 4-5 hours until I can leave again. Clearly option 2 seems like the best option to break up the day, but option 1 is just the lazy option. However, option 2 means I get interacted with less
