I want to quit with no other job offer

I work in a startup tech company as an assistant engineer. Been with them for 1.5 years now after graduating college. I want to quit. I want to leave and just protect my mental health. Please let me know what y’all think. Reasons: 1) They REFUSE to promote me from a way too junior role. At one point, for 6 months they had no seniors in my department (everyone went for long leave). So me, a new recruit and Junior, took on all of the projects and kept the department afloat. The CEO acknowledged this during our year end review and gave me a slight increment of $200 but refused to promote me. The position I’m at is too junior for my degree but I stupidly accepted it. My fault. Half a year later my CEO said “You lack independence and leadership. Let’s consider your promotion for NEXT year.” How…

I work in a startup tech company as an assistant engineer. Been with them for 1.5 years now after graduating college.

I want to quit. I want to leave and just protect my mental health. Please let me know what y’all think.

Reasons:

1) They REFUSE to promote me from a way too junior role. Let’s consider your promotion for NEXT year.” How did I manage all of the senior’s work myself if I’m not independent?! I’ve also been a supervisor for other juniors. I was confused. I did so much and it all went unnoticed because no one was here.

2) When I fell ill and was hospitalized for a month, they cut my bonuses. It’s a bonus based on my output so that’s fair but it was their first action when I had a major cancer health scare..

3) My pay is not following the market rate anymore. It’s lower.

4) My supervisor is new to being a leader and is very self serving. She doesn’t care whether I complete my projects, but gets passive aggressive if I don’t help with hers. She also once snubbed me of a bonus. (Didn’t put my name down when claiming it). When I was going for my surgery she was more concerned with being left alone, when previously she left me alone for 6 months.

I am interviewing for other jobs at the moment. The earliest possible reply is in 2-3 months. Ofcourse with possible rejections. I feel like I’m being irrational and over reactive. But with my recent cancer scare, surgery and all this crap on top, I’m so tired of 2023. I want to breathe. Should I just leave?
