My coworker has a chronic illness that causes her pain and some discomfort daily. She was out of work for awhile but she's back now. She consistently is incompetent at work tasks she can, and should know how to do that do not relate to her disability Like locking up properly and telling customers the right info. This is the second time i've opened and she's left me MOUNTAINS of work that was due the previous night and is now late because she was in pain, which i do not doubt or discredit, but it's not my responsibility to clean up after her and accomadate her. I'm not her boss, im just a coworker. How can i bring this up to our boss/ her because this isn't something i can deal w. I don't even know if she was truly suffering or just is incompetent and didn't wanna deal w the work
