It’s the managers- WFH

Many companies are clawing back WFH but for different reasons. I worked in pharma as a secretary and my friends were saying it was the bosses not showing up. The managers complain about productivity but they aren’t onsite to make decisions or facilitate communications. A lot of layoffs in pharma have been managers not wanting to return or they have gone fully remote. It’s hypocritical to demand workers return when the managers don’t want to come in.
