I don’t understand how common it is for there to be a manager who has no business being one and they just continue to work. Getting paid big $ and taking credit for your work. I’ve only had one manager in my entire 10 year career who had been fired and rightfully so due to their incompetence and having no clue how to be a manager. I’m so tired of working and dealing with incompetent managers who have no clue how to be one or lead their team. Nothing changes and it only gets worse.
