Broke my foot at work 11JUL, still sitting at home, still haven’t received any benefits !
Hired an attorney, conciliation appt. Tuesday the 29th.
Find out through super that the adjuster called wanting to know where I went and who I saw(Dr.) – I went where they sent me !!
Then find out during follow up with doctor the Ins. Company never approved Ortho referrals !
Adjuster claims to have never received any docs from attorney or referrals from Doctors office.
Fuckin joke.
