Should I/how do I professionally express this to my supervisor?

So we have monthly staff meetings, during last month’s I brought up to my supervisor and the few coworkers present that “we were no longer receiving this daily report emailed to us” (we used to get a master copy emailed to us daily is suddenly stopped and then we had to go into the website itself and print it ourself) But this know it all coworker who they all like better than me interrupted me with a “yes we do, the Director was just on vacation so he couldn’t send it out) ….he was wrong . Flash forward a month later I had to change the report settings to check something one day and didn’t change it back correctly . So my report I printed the next day was wrong and management wrote up my mistake cause I missed something that would’ve been in the correct report

I changed my settings back but this is why it’s good to have the default master copy sent out instead of running it ourselves or at least having one to compare it to.

How do I express this grievance to my supervisor? In person or email (I like email so there’s proof I said something)? Do I mention the part about telling them this at the meeting and getting dismissed/ignored?
