Our Gert struggles her period cramps and has endometriosis but her work is starting to pick up on days off. She can't drive in because her legs start cramping, she gets pains all the way from her groin all the way to her knees, she can't drive to work as its dangerous and she has spasms, even walking is painful for her. Wanting to get ahead of any nonsense with a decent response to her workplace. Anyone have any insight of consent for this (other than medical – we're on the case with that – till we have doc notes nothing till then for work – I want her to have private so costing atm) – personally don't think they can complain but wanting advice on things to say; thank you all in advance, this community is solid and appreciate the factual responses (UK)
