Asking on a throw away account.
I have been at my job for almost a year. When I was hired my boss said the policy is You are allowed to clock in 7 minutes early to get ready (You have to get dressed per uniform policy). For the last 11 months, I have clocked in within that 7minute time range most days making sure I have that extra 7 minutes of pay(Or so I thought)
Today I asked mt 2nd boss to clock me in 7 mins early and she informed me we don't paid for those 7 minutes.
What do i do next? How do I ask for my clock in times without seeming suspicious?
