Just need to vent for a second.
Yesterday my floor manager accused me of leaving my position for an extended period of time. Which i did not do. When she confronted me about it and I told her very adamantly, no you are mistaken I've been working, she said to me she knows I did and then said “I don't act unless I have all the facts. Or what I assume are the facts”
Wait, what? So you make assumptions, then decide they are facts, and then act on those assumed facts?
That's not how facts work.
