I don’t know what I want to do with my life and I’ve been stressing about it all summer

I tanked my first year of community college and got a 1.09 while doing gen eds, in the middle of the second semester I switched to associates in applied science (computer science). I’m in my second year and recently I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about the computer science field being really competitive. Now that I know how competitive it is I kind of want to change my field. Im scared honestly and I don’t want to work at a job I feel miserable at for the rest of my life that’s my biggest fear. I already hate my part time right now and trying to focus on school. I feel like I’m already wasting my youth because I’ve always been in the house everyday. Last year I didn’t have any friends or go to any events I just worked and did school and barely passed. I don’t need a perfect occupation. should I stick with IT or go a different route? What are the requirements for an office job are those any good? What should I do? I can’t stop stressing and panicking about this.
