Which option in terms of future at Albert Heijn (The Netherlands) and my future career is best for me? And do you have other advice to share?

Hi everyone, the first week of my amazing internship at a amazing software development company (I'm doing the study software developer and now I'm a third year student) has passed and I also have a part-time job as a stocker at the Albert Heijn (The Netherlands). I have to go 5 days per week to the internship company I have to work 3 days per week (2,5 hours per day) at AH. Now in the internship period I can't work 3 days per week so that means I have to change my availibility and for that I have to explain my situation to the manager first. I didn't do that but instead I mailed her and explained my new internship situation in that mail, then she answered that I still had to come to talk with her. Fast forward to today, I wanted to make a appointment with my manager…

Fast forward to today, I wanted to make a appointment with my manager to speak to her. She picks up the phone and then she gets aggressive, intimidating and repeated what she said in the answer to my email. Then she put me under pressure to make sign a alteration of my employment contract she suggested on August the 22th, 2023 (Basically I have to work 2 days per week in the weekend if I signed it). I can't agree with the new version of my contract because I don't have any free time for myself then (5 days internship + 2 days working at the AH). I told that point to her multiple time but she yelled at me that I have to sign the contract or else she will terminate my employment contract. She also offered me to resign myself but I didn't answer that. I was also accused of bad behavior in that phone call and forcing her to do unreasonable things. The manager is going to go on a sabbatical of one year and a new manager comes into place. She told me that the new manager won't accept the new availibility in my internship period. Then I was so stressed out, angry and irritated that I ended the phone call to think about what just happened.

I know it's a long story but now I got 4 options: 1. Sign the new version of the employment contract

  1. Resign myself immediately (In Dutch law I've the right to do this as she intimidated me, was very aggresive to me and has put me under pressure)

  2. Get fired (Officially letting my employment contract be terminated)

  3. Getting placed in another branch of Albert Heijn.

Which options are the best to me? And do you have any other advice? Thanks in advance and I appreciate them.
