I have just got myself a new job and now I need to give my month's notice, I currently work in a small office (5 of us in total) i hate this job with a vengance, the boss is an ass and one of my colleagues will stab u in the back sooner then look at you. But I can't give this as a reason for leaving. one I won't get a reference if I do that and two it will be unbearable in the office for a month. I am going to have to give some reason, as the boss is going to want an actuall reason. but I don't know what
