Found out today that a new hire who I'm currently training is making significantly more than I am. Rightly so, I'm pissed. I'm planning on talking to the store manager tomorrow about this issue, but not quite sure how I should go about it. Should I just come out the gate and say “I'm curious as to why I'm being paid less than the person I trained today,” or something with more tact?
