Boss wants me to work OT without additional pay

I get the feeling that my boss is wanting me to work OT but just kinda suck it up and do it for free, almost like I’m a salary employee. I’m paid hourly and I know everyone else is salary (because I’m somewhat new). The last few weeks I’ve been working maybe like 45 hour weeks, that bleed into the weekend if I don’t get my work done. She doesn’t outwardly say it, but the vibe is that if I don’t get my work done, it’s frowned upon and up to me to finish it after hours. It’s truly not my fault that the work isn’t getting done, as it takes quite some time even for myself who is experienced and quite fast. This week I worked 7/7 days and want to put that on my timesheet, but I have a feeling she’s going to say she never approved that.…
