Blatant favoritism towards an employee

This employee has been working at this Cafe of a small hotel for about 2 years. A few months ago I got into an argument with her over searching my phone that I forgot unlocked and accused me that I was talking sh*t about her. I spoke to supervisor before because she was acting agressive and was making me feel uncomfortable and supervisor's response was that he didbt know how to approach her and address that. Anyways I ended up getting suspended because management perceived it that a guest heard the argument but nothing happened to her. Anyways she has done no-show no-call about 3 times and nothing happened to her. After my suspension, my days were cut. Last week I only got 1 day, she had 5. Today she was supposed to come and didn't. My coworker is equally mad saying is not fair. He called manager and he…

Anyways she has done no-show no-call about 3 times and nothing happened to her. After my suspension, my days were cut. Last week I only got 1 day, she had 5. Today she was supposed to come and didn't. My coworker is equally mad saying is not fair. He called manager and he said is okay, we are 2 people so they are enough.

How does she gets away with all of this? They cut my hours and yet nothing happened to her. She claims to be LGBT could that be a reason of favoritism?
