Can my employer mail me my last check even though they have my direct deposit? (WA)

Hello fellow antiworkers. I recently quit my very toxic job two weeks ago (its a long story, but the usual employer screws over and takes advantage of the little guy-including accidental wage theft and general deliberate trying to get me to quit behavior). Not only have they been basically ignoring me since I sent the “I quit” email and left the office, it seems they're trying to mess around with me getting my last paycheck.

I usually got my pay through direct deposit, and usually same day on business days due to the bank I got (Albert). I know payroll was supposed to be processed on Monday, but when I check my ADP not only have they not offboarded me (I literally have 8 hours of holiday pay for the next pay period already on the schedule), they don't have my last pay statement anywhere. I figured maybe the app is glitching cause its done that before and waited. No pay to be seen. I've now realized they may have decided to mail me my last check as a final fuck you and avoided direct depositing it. Is that even legal?

Former employees have told me they got their final pay direct deposited themselves too (and also quit on the spot), so that's why I'm EXTRA confused about it. Is this something I can report to the labor board or am I SOL and have to wait for whenever USPS decides to put it in my mailbox?
