Can you negotiate your current FT position’s 40 hr requirement ?

Hi all, Has anyone ever traded in their salary for less hours ? Im trying to cut back on my week a bit (but still work enough to keep insurance). Any advice ? Is this possible? Or should I just find another job…? Thank you!
