So to combat the “low production” yet “record profits” our new ops manager has made everyone have 6 day weeks. They even included a pizza party in the briefing. I asked if we could get a raise and did mental judo with corporate and our new ops manager. I have the respect of my peers but I also know there’s a mass exodus planned next week.
