I’m being screwed over by scummy business tactics

So basically I applied to this company looking for a full time position, which they said they were offering. After being interviewed and hired, I was told the best they could give me was 39.5 hours a week. This was so that they could avoid giving me full time benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation. This doesn't account for the mandatory half hour breaks or clocking out for bathroom breaks so really I'm only getting about 35 hours a week. On top of that I'm only making $14 an hour and I get a 25¢ raise every six months. Yippee.
