How to talk to manager about recent issues with supervisor?

So I work in vet med and am a receptionist. I work at a private clinic with three total doctors and maybe 20 total support staff including me. I’ve been working there since may 2022 and have really enjoyed working with animals and the people and I get relatively decent pay. Anyways an older woman got hired as a receptionist ~6 months back and we got along well. She eventually because lead reception due to her 20+ years as a receptionist at another vet at another state. I say we get along because not more than 4-6 weeks ago she texted me how much she already values me on the team and appreciates my work ethic and hopes to support me moving forward. Fast forward to recent past 3 weeks, she overshares a lot and we all know she has a hernia and will need surgery soon. She has been in a lot of pain which I know has impacted this. She’s constantly been snapping at people and generally having to apologize more often than not about her snapping at people. Myself included.
Now, about two weeks ago she has began to nitpick and dissect everything I do. Talking as if I’m not working at all or barely doing my job while I have not changed the amount or quality of work. I still show up early, stay late so she can go home, and get my shit done and provide good reception service.

The practice manager is the one I’ll be speaking with regarding the lead reception and apart from some specific examples and expressing that she needs to go on medical leave I don’t know the best way to professionally get my point across. She has genuinely made it hard to want to be at work because of how much she is now on my ass.

Any tips or resources would be so so so appreciated, really want to try and prepare myself to make sure the practice manager hears where I’m coming from. (Also keep in mind I’m going to be at least the second receptionist in this past 1-2 weeks to talk to the practice manager about the lead receptionist)
Thanks in advance
