A question for of you wonderful people out there:
I have a nice job: 18 max hrs/wk, hourly wage, sick pay, retirement, holidays, and vacation pay.
This week I was told that they are eliminating my job position completely and I would be terminated.
They asked if I would take a new temporary position they are creating.
The new job is doing the same thing, but with 29 max hours, sick time but no retirement, holidays, or vacation pay.
They may change the job description, but it is the exact, same job.
Thoughts?
