I have worked for a hospital for awhile now as a part timer. Recently, I was offered a deal.
Move from 20-30ish hours a week to a full time position with mandatory weekend work from time to time. Up till now, I already had benefits and didn't have to work full time. So I turned the offer down.
Now I've found out that behind my back the sniveling mid boss, lets just call him Johnson, has requested that all future offers to me be rescinded. I've been with the company for awhile now, but can't figure out how to deal with this level of retaliation and discrimination.
