I've been in the insurance industry for 15 years. College is recommended but definitely not required…took me 13 years to get my degree without debt. No I have it, I'm getting responses such as 'well…yeah…you a degree but what else?' I'm complaining because it always feels like the yard stick keeps moving. OK, done. Thanks.
