After leaving a dead end job they called back

I left this job months ago but they recently reached out to me again to see if I can come back: I worked at the same company for 5 years. It was in the trucking industry and I can hold my own with people with different personalities very well. I always worked outside of my hours to assist people in the best way because I understood drivers and the schedules the best, because I did their schedules. I applied to numerous positions and was always told I was too much of an asset or that I didn't have enough experience and was one of the few people on hand cross trained in the positions that I applied in. I left this job months ago but they recently reached out to me again to see if I can come back:

I worked at the same company for 5 years. Towards the end I was doing alot of my supervisors work due to him still being new and his own laziness. Last July the company was bought out and promised to not change alot of the procedures and benefits. Which I'm sure you reading this can understand is a flat out lie. In the time I was there, I was give two raises. One happened 2022 and the other happened just before I gave my notice, when another management job opened up I asked my manager who I was very friendly with if I should even bother applying in a joking manner. And he told me he would push for me but the new people at corporate already see me as an asset where I am and that I was the only one who knew what was going on in the department other than me. So I decided I would amp up my job search because I was tired of that shit. After I gave my notice, my manager got fired and when I finished out my two weeks, drivers and the office were in disbelief that I meant my words.

I have been at my new job that has Monday through Friday schedule for 3 months and I get a call on my cell phone about a week ago. It was the new manager asking if I could come in for a meeting because he heard alot about me that I was the best asset that they lost. I told him that I would not be interested in a meeting due to the issues listed above and that I hope he has a lovely day.
