I work in a small office and the manager is here through nepotism. The manager claims she is salary even know she is the only one, she works approximately 25 hours a week. The rest of staff work 40 hours a week and everyone received pay cuts. Not even told by how much, we'll just figure it out when we see our paystubs.
I found out the reason things have gotten worse is because she used to have fun coming to work and now it's no longer fun. I would like to goof off but I'm just way too busy.
I'd quit but I had a death in the family recently so I am hurting for income at the moment.
Wish there were workers rights for people just being a piece of s**t.
