I hate shift work when it doesn't make sense. The 8hr shifts arent bad but when you never get to see family because you are at work it isnt worth it.

Does anybody actually enjoy a 7-2 swing shift? Who wants to be at work for 7 days straight while also rotating their sleep schedule from midnights to days with 2 days off to work another set of day shift?
