Me and some others were laid off from our positions that most of us had been there for 4 yrs or more. They held 2 meetings in 1 month with 60 people who they said would be laid off. When layoff time comes only some of us including me are laid off. I was then told by some employees that they retained that they retained someone who hasn't set foot into the office for over a year ( we were hybrid) and they retained her. They also retained a guy who was goody with one of the managers but always called out. They retained some of the employees who were doing poorly or needed a lot of help. I also saw some of the positions were were laid off from posted recently on their careers site. They kept some of the supervisors who were know to be crass racist rude or sexist. What gives?
