Hey, I don't know if this is the right subreddit for this, but I thought I could ask for help.
For background reasons there are 3 shifts, the first (morning), second (midday), and third (evening/graveyard) respectively.
The third shift basically had 1 person that would hide in the back often and not do any work, and the boss was made aware of it. But because of those actions, the boss has decided that every shift will have someone do rotations every hour.
Anyone have any advice or a good way to email the boss about why it's unfair? I'm of the belief that only the person who wasn't doing their work should be reprimanded instead of everyone else :/
