Hey everyone, I’ve been on here before, I have a cleaning job, I work 4 hours straight and the expectations and standards of this job are too much within the time window of 4 hours, well, tomorrow I’m quitting, because I’ve been lying to my boss about doing certain tasks, such as mopping the bathroom, I don’t do that because the floor only ever needs a quick vacuum in all of the bathrooms, but anyways, what advice would you have for me?
My boss does think of me very highly, I’ve only been here for a month and she wants to make me the supervisor lol
I’m a good cleaner but the time constraints are a big pain, but I’m also afraid of letting down my parents and more importantly myself :/
