This happened the other day. I(28) work in a hotel and my coworker(35) is the one who takes the dirty linen/trash. It's 11 floors for context, we've both been there a year. We got a new supervisor(who's 22) 2 weeks ago and a new manager(40s) in August. I don't see coworker for more than 3 times a day. Even couting eating lunch together on UNPAID time. Talking and shooting through shit makes work suck less obviously. We got separated like schoolchildren. We get our work done and make our hours so do yall think that's justifiable or stupid? Either way I'm leaving️🤣
