Recently was let go of my job on Friday, we signed an agreement over uniforms that they have to be returned. It’s been less than a week and she said she’s already put in payroll and isn’t refunding me $250. This is the 3rd time she did this (she thought I quit a couple months ago)
First two times it was 285, reimbursed because the first time I replied and the second time it was accidental.
Now for the final time it’s 250 without even a week to get over there and return my uniform, can I do anything ?
Edit: she told me not to worry bout returning the clothes, because payroll was sent in already. Again it’s been less than a week since I was fired.
