Night supervisor said I was “taking too long” because I was labelling a customers coffee (our manager told me we were to start labelling customers coffees. Presumably cause of the inspector) and then proceeded to tell me that once our manager left the night supervisor made the rules. Then threatened my job after I said our manager paid the bills not her. Ontop of that announced publicly that our manager knew about my incisent with a customer the day before. I nearly walked out, because this women flip flops so much, and im done with the abuse from her and by our coworkers. I know its best to have another job lined up, but would I be an idiot to send an email saying “I quit. And heres why” my mental healths suffering and I just cant do this job anymore, the flip flopping and constant verbal abuse is fucking with me
