Pretty much the title, I am curious to look at some companies that are having serious issues due to RTO. (High turnover, low productivity, losing clients for performance and timeline issues would be most ideal)
It’s a little bit complicated as many companies are using RTO as a layoff method due to their own business slowing down. I am not really curious about these, I am looking for issues that fairly directly point to an RTO policy.
Would be happy to hear anything about your experiences with this. If you don’t want to post company name I understand and would be totally happy with some info about industry and company size or maybe product/service
