Antiwork

My boss closed my job for a week, none of us employees are allowed to work, therefore we can’t earn money to survive, and it has personally set me back $1425 + $227.

With a week off from work, of course I had to stay busy somehow so I started with becoming fully rested, and when that got old, I started getting productive, so I went to my storage unit and got a couple things I needed then went and paid a bill in person, and what do you suppose was the consequence of this little outing? While I was at my storage unit I ran over a bolt that punctured my tire, I surveyed the damage and realized if I replace that tire I probably should replace all four of them at the same time now, a total of $1,057. and one of my solar panels flew off from the severe wind, crushing my backup cam which is costing me $88 to replace, I'm not even going to replace the solar panel right now because that has fallen down the priority list…

I'm also negative $227 for the three minimum wage days I was scheduled to work but my boss won't allow me to work because she closed the business for a week.

If my boss hadn't closed the business for a week I would have been at work earning money and not driving over bolts and getting stuck in the wind for my solar panel to fly off crushing my backup cam and getting a speeding ticket because I wouldn't have been out there in the first place.

Halp. Of course we're not allowed to beg for money here and I'm not begging for money, I need human empathy. I need to hear someone say yeah that sucks and your boss sucks for closing the business for a week.

What do?

It's literally taken me 3 months to save up enough for another huge goal I've been saving for, essential vehicle repairs, and now I can't do that, this week has set me back two months of savings.
