I was promised a salary revision basis on offer I received from another company. It’s been 5 months, the company hasn’t revised it and told me that currently all revisions and promotions are on hold. I’m planning to resign with no offer in hand. Just to take a small break and meanwhile find something else. But they are just verbally telling me to trust and stay back.
