Why did they come up with the term “quiet quitting”, Isn’t this is what we should be always doing?

The more you do/say, the more it can go wrong. In terms of speaking up, you have the right to remain silent and anything you say can be used against you. If they do not require you to do/say something, do not! Remember Murphy's law!
