I and several others got demoted after 1 slow week of business. Our team had a total of 10 sales on the board for the week, and it effected all of us mentally. I recently got a promotion a month ago, and after we got 10 deals they reversed my promotion and started micromanaging me and five others. Means we get half of the 90% of commission or half of the 50% of commissions depending on the source of the deal + 12 an hr. I live in a metropolitan city, it’s not sustainable especially if no one is buying. Now I’ve been hitting my KPIS never missed quota, but I’ve been struggling to be motivated to work at this company especially after learning some more shady practices. Everyday is stressful and I’m taking off to Jamaica so I’m quitting this Thursday. Fuck this, fuck them. I’m a hard working and I’m not gonna make some rich asshole even richer in the prime of my years.
