It's not safe to be burnt out and come into work at a hospital, prison or law enforcement job for 6 to 12 days straight of non-stop work. People need days off, and if they write you up for it then screw it. 6 to 8 people out of 14 or 17 on shift. We're burnt the f*ck out. Give me another day off unpaid, we need it anyway.
