Work refusing to pay Holiday pay.

Hello, my Holiday pay for Labor Day is being rescinded as I was sick today, the day after Labor Day and I will likely be out of work tomorrow as well. I was written off and have provided a note for today as well as tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to report this?
